My Sacred Vow

Great Spirit, Source of Intelligence within ALL that IS
I bow my head in prayer this day
That I may awaken and find my way
Through the mental maze that I weave
That truth and love I will conceive
I ask for Source to inspire
All of humanity to conspire
A better life for all to live
Sharing kindness and love give
Guide me as I look within
Bring light to darkness and begin
To calm my anger and bitterness
Transforming myself with tenderness
Oh Great Spirit, of which I AM part
Open my eyes and my heart
May I act with kindness starting now
Caring for all life is my sacred vow
